PAYMENT OPTIONS
For your convenience, Cook-N-Dine, Inc. accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal payments. You can either utilize our convenient shopping cart system, call us to order, or you can request to be billed electronically via e-mail.
All credit card transactions are processed via the secure merchant services of PayPal.
We also accept personal and certified bank checks made out in US funds only. You can request to receive your invoice by fax, mail or email.
For orders paid by check:
Your order will not ship until your payment has been received and credited to our account. This process generally takes between 5-10 business days from the time your payment is received. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law. Orders paid for by certified bank check or wire transfer will ship upon receipt of payment if in stock in The U.S.
SALES TAX
We do not collect sales tax, except for deliveries within the state of Florida.
Florida deliveries are charged 7% sales tax, which is calculated during checkout.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & COLORS
While we take all measures to ensure that our web site reflects accurate product information and pricing, sometimes an error can occur. We are not responsible for misrepresentations or errors found on the site.
Colors often vary depending on individual monitor settings and screen resolutions, and may not always display accurately on every monitor.
SHIPPING POLICY
Unless stated otherwise, all orders will be charged a shipping fee consistent with the method of shipment needed to bring your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping cost for online orders are either displayed next to the product, or calculated upon check-out. Free shipping offers only apply to the US mainland.
If your need for a product is time-critical, please don't hesitate to call us at phone 305.893.1560, or contact us via e-mail so that we may obtain more accurate, up-to-date information from the manufacturer or shipper.
Some items, depending on size, weight and/or volume, have to be delivered by truck, Standard Ground curbside delivery. Inside delivery is possible on request and will be charged separately. Tables are broken down and require only a minimum of assembly (no tools necessary).
Each piece has been carefully inspected and securely packed before it is transferred to a carrier. Original Cook-N-Dine products ship fully insured.
After merchandise has been shipped, the customer is responsible for freight charges, if the order is refused or cannot be delivered at the given address.
We are not responsible for damages or loss occurring in transit. Any claim must be filed with the carrier. Cook-N-Dine, Inc. cannot enter a replacement order of freight damaged merchandise without prior approval from the carrier. All claims for shortage or damage must be made within 2 business days of receipt of goods.

PRODUCT INSPECTIONS
We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, before accepting any merchandise from a carrier, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping.
IMPORTANT: ALWAYS KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS!
Please, follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):
For items shipped via freight carrier:
Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.
For items shipped via UPS, FedEx or Postal Service:
If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 2 business days to contact us to report the damage.
Again, please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is any damage, be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough that it might render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at (305) 893-1560.

RETURN POLICY
There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.
You must call us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and shipping address by calling (305) 893-1560. Please make sure you write the RA number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
Before a Return Authorization can be issued, customer must send (mail or e-mail) a photograph of the visible defect(s) along with a written statement clearly stating the defect, invoice number, invoice date and item number.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
IMPORTANT:
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED.
ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
Items that are returned without a return authorization will be charged 50% restocking fee.
However, we can not accept returns of items damaged in transit when that damage is not reported to us within 2 business days by the customer accepting that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately.

LEAD TIMES
Cook-N-Dine, Inc. makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
In-stock items are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours by our suppliers. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail or phone call stating the details.
The estimated lead time to ship non-stock Cook-N-Dine items is 4 to 8 weeks from the actual time the purchase order has been placed. Special or customized orders might take slightly longer. Table TS-56, MO-111, carts and customized items are built-to-order and are therefor non-returnable unless defect.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email stating the carrier and tracking number once your order has been shipped, usually within 48 hours during workdays, unless otherwise noted.
We understand that you want the right products at the right time. You can inquire about the actual product lead time by simply sending us an e-mail, stating the product name and PO or invoice #.
